Kundalini yoga is the yoga of awareness, it’s designed to fit perfectly into our lives of work, family and daily duties. The greatest yogi is the one who lives fully with an open heart as a part of society. I have to admit I sometimes get really bored at me and my voice. Then I just feel like being a cave yogi and totally dwell into silence. Hide somewhere in silent observance of the mind. Just love to listen to stillness when it speaks. However my gift in this world is probably to be on a stage and teach, so I just keep on going as long as it’s meant to happen. Meanwhile I find stillness in my daily practice of yoga and meditation. The concept of Advaita (Non Duality) is very encouraging and uplifting for me. I am inspired to learn more about this ancient concept.

“You find your path not by thinking, feeling or doing but by surrendering”. -Deepak
Yesterday my bike and I made it from sea level up to Serra de Monte Figo. Felt hot and happy all the way up. Today was a longish run. Still in Portugal and enjoying each moment of meditation and book writing. This afternoon was ocean time all the way. Time to totally mello out, relax, unwind, lay, rest, sleep, recover, do nothing. I am ready a brand new start tomorrow. Good night. Jona.

June 23rd, 2010 av adminHi from Helsinki
The Cathedral of Helsinki. It’s always nice to come back home. My kids are half Finnish and I think it’s a part of their education to travel back and meditate on the roots once in a while.
Jesper, Josefin and Julia seem very enthusiastic by the Staute of Alexis Kivi.
The famous poet and jornalist Eino Leino: “Tell me, O Sun, What is that Gives greatest bliss to the singer? ”Do as I do, beam like me, Giving’s the greatest bliss to the singer.”
Early morning run around Helsinki. Uspenkij Cathedral in the background.
Soulful Sunday
Meet my cool kids. Jesper, Julia and Josefin.
Since this blog isn’t really official until later I just play around and explore the field. Today has been a soulful sunday in Höllviken by the beach. First my usual mornig routine of yoga and meditation and then just enjoying time with people very dear to me.
Love Peace Out
Jona
