Yoga Energy&Intuition
Hi lovely people from the mighty Festival of France! This is the fast energy emergency set that I promised to post as soon as I came to Sweden. Well, I am back home in the north now, so here it is. The best yoga set ever. I have done it a millon times since my teacher Bhai Himat gave it ages ago. Thank’s Ji! It improves intuition and gives you a boost forward. Do it anytime you feel the lack of energy. It will bring your life force back in less then 5 minutes. So please go ahead. All you have to do is tune in and do: 1)Chair Pose 2)Frog Pose 3)Bridge Pose 4)Camel Pose. Do each posture for 1-3 minutes with breath of fire. Do 26 of Frog Pose. Keep you eyes closed and focus through the third eye point. When you do Camel Pose you should keep your eyes wide open and focus up towards the skye. Be love, just be loved, just let go, rice above. Cheers!

A great meditation by the Great One. Try it and reach the state of inner silence.
Sit in Easy Pose with light Jalandhar Bandh. Fix the eyes on the tip of the nose. Bring the hands in front of the body at the level of the Heart Center. Touch the fingertips of opposite hands together. The tip of the thumbs touch the third joint of the Mercury Finger. The key to this meditation is attention to the breath. Inhale competely in 8 equal strokes through the nose. Then exhale compeltely through your teath. Continue for 11 minutes.

Happy and home again after a great week of teaching and learning in France. Just give me one day to land on the earth and I will return with more pictures and the yoga sets that I promised. Love You All.

Perfect weather and beautiful people. Todays was yoga on the beach. Tomorrow I fly to France and the big European Yoga Festival. I am going to be computer-less and phone-less. My temper has been tested with a broken phone. The phone peolpe said a new one will arrive next week. Thats 3 weeks ago. They dont have a “loaner” I can use, I guess all Sweden are borrowing those as everyone seems to have broken phones these days. Whatever It´s time for retreat. It’s time for yoga 24-7. It’s time to meet, teach and relax. Bring it on.

I am very fortunate to be living the life that I am living. Happy to work my magic by the beach each day. Living and teaching is simple with sand between my toes and sun kissing the skin. Next week I am in a compeletely different scenery, teaching in the Forest of France. I look very much forward to join the big community of yogis from all over the world at the big Yoga Festival in Fondjuan.

European Yoga Festival France 2010
Just got the schedule from Satya Singh, program coordinator and “race director” of the Festival. I am happy to announce that I am teaching July 28, 29 and 30 at 17:30-19 hr in Forest number 10. Hope I will find the spot, the festival area is huge! Like at any big rock festival *:) Bring your tent and your good spirit. See you there soon/Jona
