A great meditation by the Great One. Try it and reach the state of inner silence.
Sit in Easy Pose with light Jalandhar Bandh. Fix the eyes on the tip of the nose. Bring the hands in front of the body at the level of the Heart Center. Touch the fingertips of opposite hands together. The tip of the thumbs touch the third joint of the Mercury Finger. The key to this meditation is attention to the breath. Inhale competely in 8 equal strokes through the nose. Then exhale compeltely through your teath. Continue for 11 minutes.

Kundalini Energy Meditation

“The egg of superstition hath burst; the mind is illumined” -Guru Arjan Dev
Sit in easy pose with the arms overhead and palms together. Interlace the fingers except for the index fingers, which point straight up. Focus at the third eye point. Move your arms up and down as you listen to the mantra: Sat Nam Sat Nam Wahe Guru Wahe Guru. Inhale as you bring the arms up and listen to Sat Nam Sat Nam. Exhale as you bring the arms back and listen to Wahe Guru Wahe Guru. Continue for 10 minutes. Then chant along with the mantra as you move your arms up and down. 1 minute. Finally put your hands on your navel point and continue to chant along with the mantra. 11 minutes. At the end sit completely still in silence. Breath very slowly and silently and just listen to the sound current. We used an Indian CD: The Sound off Sat Nam during this meditation.
