letter from Kolkata

I love to connect with my spiritual ancestors and friends that I have met during my visits to India. Just got a letter about festivals to worship goddesses.

Dear Jona
…..

Here in Kolkata and Bangla, last one and half months are the Puja or worshipping period to the Mother Godesses like Durga ( the destroyer fo the evils ), Lakshmi ( for Prosperity and wealth ), Kali or Tara ( the destroyer of demons and evils ) and then Jagaddhatri ( the protecter from all odds ) and the last in the Bangla year is Saraswati ( the Godess of learning ). All the women are from the race of mother and you are also one of them. I believe fully on the Almighty. So this is also my time to respect the mother’s race. So with respect ,love and deep spiritual soul, I wish you all the best for everybody in your family and towards your works, meditations with the touch of the Sky, Water, Soil and the plants with flowers and beautiful winds of life and energy….

….
With the pure OMKAR and its eternal melody of love,

Kundalini Yoga Weekend

Kundalini Yoga teacher training weekend is again happening right now in the province of Skåne, southern Sweden. The theme of this weekend is Yogic history and the lead teacher in command is Wiveca Leuchovius. She is the biggest expert on the subject in our country and I am very lucky to work with her at this teacher training program.

you never really know what’s next

At this moment I can’t even put it into words the way I feel to be able to live a life filled with swim, bike, run & yoga. Simply put, I love it. Totally blessed that this is what happens everyday in my life. I’m ready to get back to Sweden, simple and routine oriented days, teaching and training, sleeping and eating. I value the fact I’ve always followed my dreams and that I just never want to miss any single moment. Now I am trying to figure out and understand what next. On the bike ride today I just kept wondering what next, what next, what next….  I guess I’ll figure it out sooner or later if I just by be patient, present and see what happens. OK, I better sleep on it, one meditation&morning run to do, then I fly home to my family.

Keep going, never let go of your dreams, the world is not a safe place without something to hold onto.

Spain day 3

After morning meditation and a short run we are on the road again. Today we are heading east to Arcos de la Frontera.

Happy friday

cheers from Spain

Happy to bike the mountains around Ronda, Spain. One week of hard work for the legs is going to make this momma strong. Have a great night, it’s time for tapas.

my morning swim

I love the early morning swim practice with coach each tuesday and thursday. I find my balance in the pool. Being an athlete, keeping discipline is very easy for me. I just love to get up in the morning and do my Sadhana however hard it might be. My challenge has always been to pace myself and find balance in life. Water is calming.

Big Hug
